Jen Psaki
MSNBC Host "Inside with Jen Psaki"

Jen Psaki is host of MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki” on Sundays at 12 p.m. ET and Thursday’s on Peacock, and the former White House Press Secretary for President Joe Biden.

Psaki also appears across all of MSNBC’s flagship programs, adding a unique perspective from her first-hand experience at the highest levels of government. She is a principal voice in the network’s primetime coverage of major political events and regularly contributes to NBC News’ TODAY, Meet the Press, and Election Night Programming. Psaki also writes a weekly “MSNBC Daily” entry.

As press secretary, Psaki was lauded by the Associated Press as a communicator who “dug deep into policy, seeking an understanding that goes far beyond talking points” and was celebrated for bringing “a mixture of warmth, humor, intelligence, and edge” to her role by Vogue.

Prior to her time in the Biden White House, Psaki was a long-time advisor to President Barack Obama and served as a traveling press secretary on his first long-shot campaign and later served as the White House Communications Director.

Psaki also served as the administration’s public face on the global stage during her tenure as the State Department Spokesperson, traveling the world with Secretary of State John Kerry.

Steve Kornacki is a National Political Correspondent for NBC News & MSNBC, reporting on the latest political developments across all platforms. For MSNBC’s election coverage, Steve consistently provides real-time analysis of voting patterns, exit polls, and electoral data. During the 2022 midterm election, Kornacki drew praise for his performance at the Big Board with The Washington Post Magazine calling him “MSNBC’s data maven for clarity” and “a beacon for those who turn on MSNBC on election night.”

Following his success during the 2020 election season, Kornacki took his talents to NBC Sports’ Football Night in America and Sunday Night Football to break down the evolving NFL playoff picture.

Kornacki is the author of “The Red and the Blue: The 1990s and the Birth of Political Tribalism.” He also served as host of two NBC News limited series podcasts – “Article II: Inside Impeachment” and “The Revolution with Steve Kornacki.”

Previously, Kornacki hosted the 4 p.m. hour of MSNBC Live, the Monday edition of MTP Daily, Up with Steve Kornacki on Saturdays and Sundays and was a co-host on MSNBC’s The Cycle. Prior to MSNBC, he wrote for the New York Observer, covered Congress for Roll Call, and was the politics editor for Salon.

Kornacki also spent three years in New Jersey, chronicling state politics and co-hosting a weekly show on News 12 New Jersey, a 24-hour cable news channel.

His work has also appeared in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, New York Daily News, New York Post, Boston Globe, Daily Beast and at Capital New York, where he’s written a series of deeply-researched profiles of prominent New York political figures. He is a native of Groton, Mass. and graduated from Boston University.

Michael Steele
MSNBC Co-Host "The Weekend"

Michael Steele is the co-host of MSNBC’s ‘The Weekend’ and host of ‘The Michael Steele Podcast.’

Prior to joining MSNBC as a political analyst, he was elected Lt. Governor of Maryland in 2003. Following his time as Lt. Governor, he served as Chairman of the Republican National Committee from 2009 to 2011. Steele was the first African-American to hold either office.

He has appeared on Meet the Press, Face the Nation, Real Time with Bill Maher, and The Daily Show.

Steele is the author of two books, “Right Now: A 12-Step Program for Defeating the Obama Agenda” and “The Recovering Politician’s Twelve Step Program to Survive Crisis”.

He is also an Aspen Institute Rodel Fellow in Public Leadership, a University of Chicago Institute of Politics Fellow and Chair of The Gwendolyn S. & Colbert L. King Endowed Chair in Public Policy Lecture Series.

Steele was born on Andrews Air Force Base, Prince George’s County, Maryland and raised in Washington, D.C. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University and Georgetown Law School.
